### About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Pre-Sales / Tendering Engineer. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing tenders, preparing technical submittals, and supporting the sales team with strong, competitive technical and commercial proposals.

This role requires a solid understanding of electrical systems including UPS, Diesel Generators, LV Panels, and Synchronization systems, along with the ability to interpret complex specifications and consultant requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

Tendering & Specification Analysis:

– Review RFQs, projects, and technical specifications in detail
– Identify key technical requirements, deviations, and risks
– Prepare professional compliance sheets

Technical Submittals:

– Prepare complete technical submittal packages including:
– Datasheets
– Catalogues
– Electrical drawings (SLD, layouts, cable routing)
– Method statements (if required)
– Ensure full compliance with project specifications and applicable standards

Proposal Preparation:

– Prepare professional technical and commercial proposals
– Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
– Perform cost estimation and margin analysis

Electrical Design:

– Prepare and review:
– Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
– Load calculations
– Basic system layouts
– Support the design of:
– UPS systems
– Generator systems
– ATS & Synchronization panels

Supplier & Consultant Coordination:

– Liaise with international suppliers (UPS & Generator manufacturers)
– Respond to consultant technical queries and clarifications professionally
– Attend technical meetings when required

### Technical Requirements

– Strong knowledge of:

– UPS Systems
– Diesel Generators
– ATS & Synchronization Systems
– LV Electrical Systems

– Hands-on experience in:

– Technical submittals
– Compliance sheets
– Tender documentation

### Software Skills

– AutoCAD (Mandatory)
– Microsoft Excel (Advanced – especially for compliance sheets & costing)
– Microsoft Word (Professional proposal writing)

### Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
– 3–6 years of relevant experience in tendering, pre-sales, or electrical design
– Previous experience in UPS or Generator projects is highly preferred

– Excellent technical writing skills (English is mandatory)
