announces that a leading local SOLAR COMPANY is seeking to hire a Project Manager.

* Qualifications:
·    Bachelor’s degree in (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
·    PMP Certified.
·    10-15 Years of Rigid Proved Experience in the Site Management Field with minimum of 7 Years of Experience in the PV Site Project Management.
·    Proof of Performing Site project Management for at least two Projects with minimum Capacity of 50MWp and connected to the H.V Network. (One project connected to the Jordanian Transmission Grid is preferable).
·    FIDIC experience (Silver book is preferable)
·    Have an experience of generation projects connected to NEPCO.
·    Fluent in Arabic & English.

* Responsibilities:
·    Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
·    Manage site activities and ensure that the work is performed in line with Project budget based on scope of work, within baseline schedule and resource requirements.
·    Track project costs to keep project below or within project budget.
·    Monitor the baseline schedule and work plan and update it if required.
·    Provide project updates and reports on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
·    Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
·    Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution all within the Employer requirements.
·    Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
·    Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
·    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
·    Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring the alignment with Employer requirements.
·    Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
·    Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
·    Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
·    Perform risk management and identification to minimize project risks and keep the project risk Matrix Monitored on progressive manner.
·    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
·    Assess project risks and Exploit opportunities.
·    Execute each phase of the project life cycle till successful project closure.
