Education: B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering

Experience: a minimum of 4-6 years as a BIM architect and in BIM modelling.

Revit experience and knowledge must be at an advanced level.

have a strong background in architectural design and advanced proficiency in building information modelling (BIM), particularly Revit.

Will be responsible for developing and managing architectural BIM models across various project stages.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Microsoft Office
Autodesk Revit
AutoCAD
Familiarity with Navisworks
BIM 360 and cloud platforms
Photoshop and familiarity with Adobe programs
3D modeling tools
Communication skills
Proficient in the English language (speaking and writing).

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and manage BIM models for architectural projects using Revit

· Coordinate with engineering disciplines to ensure design integration

· Support the design team with technical modeling and documentation

· Ensure BIM deliverables meet project and industry standards

· Participate in design reviews and clash detection processes
