Project Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and baseline plans.
• Monitor project progress, analyze delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Forecast resource requirements, track budgets, and support cost control activities.
• Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and cash flow forecasts for management.
• Conduct research and gather relevant data, benchmarks, and market insights to support planning and decision-making.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a strong academic record.
• PMP certification is preferred; PMP training courses are acceptable.
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
