Project Manager

Hussein Atieh & Sons Co. (HAE) is seeking to hire a Project Manager to lead the Rehabilitation of Irrigation Networks Project in Ghor Al-Safi, Jordan Valley.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
* Minimum of years of professional experience, including at least years as a Project Manager on water supply, wastewater, irrigation, or Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) projects.
* Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects from commencement through completion.
* Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
* Good understanding of FIDIC Conditions of Contract and international engineering standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
* Proficiency in Primavera P, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
* Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the overall execution of the project to ensure delivery within the approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
* Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
* Lead and supervise project staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
* Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards.
* Liaise with the Employer, Engineer, government authorities, and other project stakeholders.
* Prepare and submit project schedules, progress reports, KPI reports, and contractual documentation.
* Manage project costs, variations, claims, and project close-out activities.
* Ensure the successful testing, commissioning, and final handover of the completed works.
