Production Supervisor
A leading food manufacturing company is seeking to hire a Production Supervisor to join its team.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems (GMP, HACCP, and preferably ISO 22000).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production teams.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and in a shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and occupational health & safety requirements.
Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Monitor production performance, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
