Mechanical Proposal Engineer

A leading Engineering Supplies Company in Jordan is looking for an experienced Mechanical Proposal Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Review client inquiries, RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, compliance sheets, and other tender documents.
• Review technical specifications and recommend suitable products and engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical and commercial quotations.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding technical and commercial clarifications.
• Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
• Manage multiple proposal opportunities and ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
– – years of experience in proposal engineering, tendering, or a related field.
– Experience with pumps, valves, piping systems, flow equipment, or industrial products is preferred.
– Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Good written and spoken English.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
