A leading construction contracting company specializing in factory construction, industrial equipment installation, and steel structure fabrication and erection is seeking to hire an:

Estimation Engineer (Mechanical)
Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for factory construction, industrial equipment installation, and steel structure projects based on engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from local and international suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements.
Coordinate with engineering and project execution teams to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of cost estimates.
Analyze project costs and risks, and recommend value engineering solutions and cost optimization alternatives.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost breakdowns, and tender-related reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
– years of experience in estimation for construction and industrial projects.
Proven experience in factory construction, industrial equipment installation, and steel structure projects.
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform accurate quantity take-offs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Revit, ERP systems, or estimating software is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
