About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Electrical Supervisor to join our operations team in Ma’an. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and solid experience working in fast-paced industrial environments—preferably within FMCG or manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, control panels, and automation.
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance best practices.
