1. Technical Operations & Maintenance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and assign HVAC teams and technicians to various projects.
• Prepare and monitor daily work schedules.
• Monitor technicians’ attendance and leave in coordination with management.
• Receive, organize, and follow up on maintenance requests.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure the proper close-out of project and client comments.
• Prepare periodic reports on productivity and completed, pending, and delayed work.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Minimum of four years of experience in HVAC systems and technician supervision.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving licence.
