Engicon is seeking a Proposals Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join its team in Amman, Jordan.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial, Chemical, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in proposals, tendering, or a related role
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals
• Review tender requirements and maintain proposal documentation and databases
• Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities
• Coordinate proposal schedules and ensure timely, compliant submissions
• Prepare reports and maintain proposal records and correspondence
