KEPCO KPS is Hiring – Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in Wärtsilä gas and/or diesel power plant engines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance strategies, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operation.

Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs for Wärtsilä engines and auxiliary equipment.
* Prepare maintenance plans, procedures, shutdown, annual maintenance schedules.
* Analyze engine performance, failures, vibration, lubrication, and operational trends
* Review maintenance history and optimize maintenance intervals based on equipment condition and running hours.
* Support outage planning, commissioning, and performance testing.
* Minimum 5~8 years of experience in power plant maintenance, including experience with Wärtsilä gas or diesel engines.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
