MOSTAQBAL is inviting qualified professionals to submit their credentials for potential engagement under an upcoming PROJECT in TENDERING STAGE located in Amman and Salt, Jordan. Selected candidates may be included in our technical proposal, subject to client approval and project award.
We are currently seeking interest from experts in the following disciplines:
1. Traffic Engineer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in:
Traffic engineering and traffic management.
Road safety measures.
Intersection channelization.
Traffic signing and road marking.
Preparation of Traffic Maintenance and Protection Plans (TMPs/MOT Plans).
Proficiency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
2. Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Expert
Requirements:
Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Occupational Health & Safety monitoring for infrastructure or water sector projects, including international experience.
Demonstrated expertise in:
Workplace health and safety management.
OSHA or equivalent international regulations.
Hazard identification and risk assessment.
Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Development and implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
International OSHA (or equivalent) certification is mandatory.
Proficiency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
3. Environmental Engineer / Environmental Specialist
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in:
Environmental assessments.
Preparation, monitoring, and auditing of Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs).
Implementation of the World Bank Environmental and Social Standards (ESSs).
Proficiency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
4. Social Expert
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in:
Social assessments.
Preparation, monitoring, and auditing of ESMPs.
Application of the World Bank Environmental and Social Standards (ESSs).
Proficiency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
