We are seeking a Contract Engineer to work on one of our projects in Aqaba. Applicants should meet the following Qualifications and requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in preparing tender documents for infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare various tender documents, including general and special specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Solid knowledge of different types of contracts (such as FIDIC) and the preparation of claims.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing technical specifications related to infrastructure works.
• Familiarity with contractual disputes, arbitration, and settlement procedures.
• Ability to accurately estimate project costs and prepare pricing.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of contractual and technical aspects of engineering projects.
• High attention to detail in document preparation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
