MARS Robotics is seeking a Junior Electrical Power Engineer to help design, simulate, and develop control systems for power electronics, electric machines, and UAV electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Design, model, simulate, and analyze electrical systems using MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice, or similar tools.
Perform technical calculations, system evaluations, and data analysis under senior guidance.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client use.
Conduct research and reverse engineering to assess existing systems and identify improvements.
Support PCB design using Altium, EasyEDA, or Eagle.

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering focus or equivalent) with Very Good / Excellent GPA.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and familiarity with LTspice (or equivalent).
Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, EasyEDA, Eagle).
Solid academic grounding in:
Control Systems (analysis, design, tuning)
Electrical Machines (motors, generators, characteristics)
Power Electronics (converters, inverters, switching devices)
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, clear communication, and teamwork.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional engineering environment.
Plus: Published research papers or notable academic projects.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on PCB design workflows in Altium.
Data analysis and scripting in MATLAB.
Exposure to UAV power architectures and DC-DC/inverter topologies.
Candidates will undergo a technical evaluation during the initial phase.
