Job Title: Production Supervisor – Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

*Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily operations in the production department, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
-Coordinate and lead a team of production staff, providing training, guidance, and support.
-Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
-Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
*Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
