IT Service & Asset Management (ITSM/ITAM) System Engineer

TJDEED Technology is seeking an IT Service & Asset Management (ITSM/ITAM) System Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ITSM and ITAM solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-level projects, leveraging ManageEngine Service Manager to streamline IT operations and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of ITSM and ITAM solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support.
* Design scalable and resilient ITSM and ITAM architectures for enterprise environments.
* Define and implement ITIL-based processes, including Incident, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog Management.
* Drive continuous improvement through workflow automation, analytics, and process optimization.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in ITSM and ITAM.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of year of experience in ITSM and ITAM implementation and support.
* Understanding of ITIL principles and best practices (ITIL Foundation v is preferred).
* Experience implementing ITSM and ITAM solutions in enterprise environments.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
