#About_the_Role:

Hamad Al Qasisi & Sons Co., a Grade One classified contractor with a strong portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects, is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly disciplined QC Manager to lead the Quality Control function across its projects.

This role requires a professional capable of implementing and managing a structured quality control system, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements

#Key_Responsibilities:

➢ Develop, implement, and maintain the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) system in accordance with project requirements
➢ Ensure proper implementation of the three-phase control system (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up) for all definable features of work
➢ Develop quality control plans for technical proposal submissions
➢ Establish and maintain the Testing Plan and Log, ensuring all required inspections and tests are completed and recorded
➢ Coordinate with project team, discipline engineers, and site staff to ensure material quality requirements and standards are met before work execution.
➢ Manage and track non-conformance reports (NCRs), deficiencies, and corrective actions.
➢ Coordinate with independent testing laboratories and special inspection agencies.
➢ Ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained, organized, and ready for audit.
➢ Lead quality meetings, inspections, and coordination with client/consultant representatives
➢ Support project close-out activities, ensuring all quality records, as-built documentation, and handover requirements are complete.

#Requirements:

➢ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
➢ Minimum years of experience in construction projects.
➢ Minimum years of experience in a Quality Control Manager role on construction projects.
➢ Strong experience implementing structured quality control systems in construction environments.
➢ Certified in Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors or equivalent (mandatory).
➢ Strong familiarity with inspection procedures, testing requirements, and quality documentation systems.
➢ Ability to manage multi-disciplinary quality control across civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works.
➢ Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
➢ Fluent in English (mandatory)
➢ Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Preferred
➢ Experience working on high-specifications or complex projects
➢ Familiarity with structured documentation systems
➢ Experience coordinating with third-party testing and inspection bodies.
