Production Manager – Fresh Food Manufacturing (FMCG)

A leading FMCG food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead its fresh food manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards, optimizing operational performance, and leading production teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
• Optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams.
• Monitor production KPIs, improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Supply Chain departments.
• Manage production budgets and manufacturing costs while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• – years of experience in the FMCG food manufacturing industry, including supervisory or managerial experience in production.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, OEE, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
