## We’re Hiring: BIM Coordinator – Structural Steel

PROPER is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator – Structural Steel to join our team in Amman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating structural steel BIM models, identifying and resolving clashes, and ensuring that approved models are ready for detailing, fabrication, procurement, and construction.

### Key Responsibilities

* Receive, review, and manage all IFC models and drawings related to the structural steel scope.
* Upload, organize, and maintain project models and documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) in accordance with project document-control procedures.
* Perform multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks, ACC Model Coordination, and other approved BIM software.
* Identify, classify, and document clashes between structural steel and architectural, civil, MEP, façade, and specialist systems.
* Prepare comprehensive clash reports, issue logs, and coordination comments.
* Formally communicate identified coordination issues to the Client, Consultant, and relevant project stakeholders.
* Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support in resolving model-related issues.
* Track reported clashes through to resolution and verify the proper implementation of corrective actions.
* Review revised IFC models to ensure previously identified clashes have been resolved and that no new conflicts have been introduced.
* Maintain proper model version control, revision history, and document organization within ACC.
* Develop and maintain a fully coordinated federated BIM model suitable for structural steel detailing, fabrication, and construction.
* Coordinate closely with the steel detailing team to ensure fabrication models reflect the latest approved coordinated design.
* Verify that fabrication models comply with approved IFC models, project specifications, RFIs, design changes, and site instructions.
* Monitor model revisions throughout the project lifecycle and ensure all stakeholders are working with the latest approved information.
* Assist in preparing BIM deliverables, coordination reports, and progress updates required by the Client and Project Management team.
* Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, model quality, and data integrity throughout project execution.
* Ensure the final coordinated structural steel model is approved and ready for fabrication, procurement, and construction without unresolved coordination issues.

### Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
* Relevant experience in BIM coordination, preferably within structural steel projects.
* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
* Good understanding of structural steel detailing, fabrication, and construction processes.
* Experience in clash detection, federated model management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
* Strong technical reporting, communication, and issue-tracking skills.
* Good command of English.
